About Us
Cherokee Grace Foundation aims to restore hope, build resilience, and help individuals reclaim safety and possibility.
Cherokee Grace Foundation exists to extend hope, healing, and access to care for individuals and families in our community who might otherwise go without. Located on a 9-acre campus in Cherokee County, our foundation is closely aligned with one of the county’s longest-standing counseling centers and a 19-stall horse farm that provides equine-assisted therapy alongside comprehensive counseling and psychiatric services. While rooted in Christian values of compassion, dignity, and service, Cherokee Grace Foundation serves people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care in a safe, supportive, and restorative environment. Our programs support children, families, and survivors of crime and trauma, many of whom face significant barriers to care due to financial hardship. Through donor support and community partnerships, we raise funds to provide scholarships for counseling and psychiatric services and to expand access to equine-assisted therapy for those who can benefit from this unique, evidence-informed approach to healing.
By combining clinical care, nature-based healing, and community support, Cherokee Grace Foundation is committed to restoring hope, strengthening resilience, and helping individuals reclaim a sense of safety, dignity, and possibility.
